Will spray tan cover tan lines?

To cover pale tan lines you need a muti-step approach with  spray tan

First “tan” all pale skin areas to help them more closely match darker surrounding skin. To do this, it is usually going to be easiest to apply solution to the pale skin by hand application (not spray gun).

You will need to dab or paint solution onto all pale areas with a cosmetic sponge or paint brush, blending at edges. You will usually need to do one to two, or so,  coats this way. Fill pale areas so they are a similar darkness as surrounding tanned skin. The color tone will not be identical. You are simply trying to apply product to match depth of the surrounding skin.

Keep in mind that a product with a very dark bronzer, may look darker then the final tan, because of the bronzer colorant which will wash away in the first shower.

After all pale areas are filled in (with similar darkness as surrounding tanned skin) let them dry.

Blow dry with a blow dryer or spray gun air blowing from the air hose from the airbrush tan machine.

After skin is dry, do a light single coat of spray tanning solution misting over the entire body, including all pale areas, to even out skin tone head to toe, and help it match the areas you have just blended.
